Financial Advisory
Scope of Work
- Mapping and debtor surgery based on the latest and most recent information such as: the existence and character of the debtor, the source of the debtor’s income either from business or salary, status and existence of collateral (if any).
- Outsourcing Collection via TeleCollection and carry out investigations into the whereabouts of debtors if there is insufficient information. Separately, TeleCollection management can be carried out through the BPO and Full Variable Collection Agency schemes.
- Conduct a preliminary assessment of the debtor’s willingness and ability to pay based on the information and financial reports presented.
- Send Reminder Letter, Warning Letter or Summons.
- Negotiate with debtors with the Settlement or Installment Scheme Options, as follows: Cash Collection (secured & unsecured accounts), Restructuring (secured & unsecured accounts), AYDA ; Marketing & Asset Management.
- Helping Creditors with the process: Auction registration either through KPKNL or PN, Cessie (Debt Transfer).
- Legal Assistance if needed.
- Regular Report Process.
Asset Management
Scope of Work
- Assisting Creditors in marketing Debtor Assets through experienced Marketing Staff supported by a Website and Mobile Application called: Pasar Asset (Underconstruction).
- Assist Creditors in managing abandoned Debtor Assets including marketing them.
- Assist Creditors in managing Debtor Asset Documents.
- In supporting the implementation of the points above, we collaborate with other 3rd parties such as: Property Agent, BLS, Notary, KJPP, Referral Bank, etc.

Litigation
- Carry out legal enforcement of Personal Guarantee/Corporate Guarantee.
- Representing companies in facing legal claims regarding financing provided to debtors or the consequences of collection.
